Copyright Infringement Notice

We take copyright infringement complaints seriously. We will respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "DMCA") or other applicable intellectual property law or statute. Responses may include removing, blocking, or disabling access to the material claimed to be the subject of infringing activity, terminating a user's access to ("Pornoplus.fr"), or all of the above. If you believe that any material accessible on Pornoplus.fr infringes your copyright, you may submit a copyright infringement notice (see "How to Submit a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice" below for instructions on how to submit such a notice). These requests should only be submitted by the copyright owner or an agent authorized to act on their behalf. If we remove or disable access to material in response to such a notification, we will take reasonable steps to notify the user who uploaded the content that we have removed or disabled it, so that the user has the opportunity to submit a counter-notification (see "Counter-Notification Procedures" below for instructions on how to submit a counter-notification). It is our policy to document all alleged infringement notifications that we act upon.
